In the digital era, diary writing has shifted from paper to digital, raising privacy concerns due to the accessibility of texts by unauthorized parties. To address this, this research developed "Daily Notes," a digital diary application prioritizing security and privacy through text encryption. The development method employed a waterfall approach and UML system design, featuring login, note creation and storage, and logout functionalities. The implementation of cryptographic algorithms ensures that only users with the decryption key can access the notes, making this application secure and private. As a result, "Daily Notes" offers a modern and user-friendly solution for secure daily recording, meeting user needs for privacy in the digital age.
