Perancangan Aplikasi Pemesanan dan Monitoring pada CV Rumah Jahit Asla Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metode Prototype

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based ordering and monitoring application for CV Rumah Jahit Asla, a convection business that still manages customer orders and production status manually. The manual process often causes difficulties in recording order data, tracking work progress, and delivering timely information to customers. This research used a descriptive development approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. The system was designed using the prototype method, which includes communication, planning, modeling, construction, and user feedback. Unified Modeling Language was used to describe system interaction and data structure, while interface design was developed for the main page, admin dashboard, service data, order management, and order status monitoring. The results show that the proposed application can organize service and order data, support status updates by administrators, and help customers monitor order progress more transparently. Black box testing on the main functions indicates that the designed pages operate according to the expected scenarios.
